WARRANTY

Power Windows Plus warrants to its customer all goods supplied to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from the date of sale.


Power Windows Plus liability is limited to the replacement of any part found defective in accordance to the manufacturer’s standards.


Power Windows Plus will repair the defective part to the original purchaser at no charge. Visible or concealed freight damage is not covered under product warranty. Customer to submit claims to the freight carrier in accordance with their policies.

POWER WINDOWS PLUS DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY LABOUR CHARGE INCURRED BY THE FAILURE OF SUPPLIED GOODS.

ALL FAULTY RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A COPY OF YOUR PURCHASE INVOICE.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY & PROCEDURES

ALL RETURNS ARE CAREFULLY INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT

All returned packages will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility of requirements are met for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Please be sure to follow these guidelines to avoid any delay or denial of processing your return.


Return processing may take up to 14 days from the time your return is received by Power Windows Plus.

RETURNING A DEFECTIVE ITEM

Defective products may be returned to us provided our manufacturer's warranty has not expired. You will need to provide a customer proof-of-purchase to validate warranty status. Defective products may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion.


WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF FAULTY PART ONLY.

RETURNING A NON-DEFECTIVE ITEM

Non-defective items may be returned within 7 days of original invoice date.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FREIGHT CHARGES


POWER WINDOW SWITCHES & POWER WINDOW MOTORS

Power Window Switches and Power Window Motors with inbuilt electronic modules are not returnable.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

To help ensure timely processing of your product return, please follow the steps listed below. Before returning goods, you MUST first obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number either by phone or email. To request an RGA Number, email your request to returns@powerwindowsplus.com.au or call 07 5539 5309 during business hours.

POWER WINDOWS PLUS WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT AN RGA NUMBER.

You must ship the product within 5 working days of receiving the Return Goods Authorization Number from Power Windows Plus and meet the following requirements:

  • All products must be 100% complete, in new condition, along with any documentation and any other items that were included in your original shipment.

  • Make sure to include RGA Number provided by Power Windows Plus.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
